Riders United Edition#1
Climbing Monsters | Riders United
« Et voilà »!
Here is the report of our Riders United first edition.
The idea was simple:
Ask several teams around « the world » to join us on a cycling project.
This first one was focused on the Alps : Going from Grenoble to Torino riding through several passes.
We were supposed to be 20 and we finally rode 8 (!) (bye bye London, Barcelona and Berlin teams…)
The team was really nice, and we had such great (and tuff) moments.
We went on the road 3 days:
Day#1: Grenoble to St Michel de Maurienne via Alpe d’Huez & Col de la Croix de Fer.
Average Temp. : 14.8 °C
Sun & clouds
Day#2: St Michel de Maurienne to Briançon via Le Col du Telegraphe & Le Col du Galibier.
2,140 m+ (max 2,640 m)
Minimal Temp : 2°c
Rain, Wind, Fog.
Day#3: Briançon to Torino via Col de l’Izoard, Montgenevre, col de la Sestriere.
Average Temp. : 30 °C
We arrived on the 3rd day evening in Torino as planned and had a cool dinner in a nice restaurant all together.
The next day we chose to comeback to France at night then we could spent the all the day in Torino chillin: Once again, we had a really nice lunch with all the Italian Famiglia at la Drogheria restaurant (Very nice place & great food!) after a quick Tourist tour led by our friend Francesco.
Check out the pictures over here (more upcoming…)
And this Teaser edited by Julien Rideau Xtreme Video just dropped (full length movie upcoming)
We would like to thank very very much the people who supported us (by their own means) :
Our great friend and director Julien Rideau (who did some really cool footages) and Yann Ros who is following us taking amazing photographs on all our projects.
Special shout to Julien Faucher (co-shooting with Julien rideau) and Bruno Clair (Driver with skills!)
Julien, Thanks again for having took part in the project !
Bruno, you saved our life with the car !
Thanks guys, it was really nice to meet you !
Much love to the all the Team:
The Famiglia (Andrea Schiliro, Angelo & Francesco)
We’ve spent awesome moments with you during this week-end!
To the Frenchies, Pascal & David : Thanks !
